A leading national law firm with a strong presence in Manchester is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its specialist Family Law team. This is a standout opportunity to support a highly regarded group of lawyers who advise high-net-worth individuals and prominent families on complex and often high-profile family matters.

The role
You will provide high-level PA support to a team of senior family lawyers, taking ownership of diary and email management, document preparation, and wider organisational tasks that keep the team running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and formatting correspondence, legal documents, presentations, and materials for client meetings
* Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings, ensuring schedules run efficiently
* Organising travel arrangements and itineraries
* Supporting billing processes by liaising with the finance team to process invoices and expenses
* Assisting with time recording and ensuring accurate, up-to-date data
* Handling conflict checks, file opening procedures, risk assessments, and engagement letters
* Booking meeting rooms and managing logistics including catering and IT setup
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Legal PA or Secretary in a family law team
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* A calm, professional, and discreet approach when dealing with sensitive matters
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
* A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
