Location: Wolverhampton, WV10 6QJ
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Rate: £15.06ph

As a General Operator, you will support the business through a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Degreasing components and conducting chemical cleaning and processing
Operating heat treatment ovens, hardness testers, and drop quench ovens
Preparing units for inspection and ensuring readiness for shipping
Engaging in Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance
Executing 5S tasks to maintain a clean and efficient workspaceWhat We're Looking For:
A good level of numeracy and literacy
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
Attention to detail and a commitment to working with high accuracy
Flexibility to work shifts (AM/PM/Nights) as required
A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to achieve significant results
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
