Overview of Role:
* Coordinating and reviewing design both civil and MEICA design
* Liaison with the Client and attendance at design and progress meeting
* Chairing meetings
* Attendance at workshops
* Arranging surveys and trial holes/ boreholes as necessary
* Preparing reports for the Client such as build reviews
* Identifying and recording project risks
* Producing programmes
* Coordinating the construction price
* Arranging for temporary works design
* Liaison with the construction team including handover of design, risks, proposed construction methods etc.
The Ideal Person:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification.
* At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the wider civils sector
* Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
