* Job Title: Transactional Finance Manager
* Salary: £65k - £70k (DOE) + performance-related bonus
* Location: Stamford
* Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a talented cash and banking team.
* Act as the go-to expert for complex queries and escalations.
* Keep operations running like clockwork, hitting all key deadlines.
* Oversee reconciliations, cash allocations, and banking activity.
* Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance.
* Identify and implement smarter, more efficient processes.
* Partner with stakeholders across finance and operations.
Requirements:
* Experience leading or supervising a transactional finance or cash/banking team.
* Strong people management skills with a passion for developing others.
* The ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidence.
