What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, site guidelines, and GXO values
* Operate internal and customer IT systems to support day-to-day operational administration
* Provide effective customer service and administrative support across the site
* Communicate daily with drivers, warehouse teams, and internal/external customers to resolve queries
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and carry out additional duties as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in a customer service or general administrative role
* Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* High attention to detail with an accurate and methodical way of working
* Confident PC literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong communication skills, flexibility with workload and shifts, and a willingness to support continuous improvement
