* Manage building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. Support Property Managers on repairs and investment plans.
* Supervise staff: recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, track development.
* Coordinate daily team activities: schedules, task assignment, cross-training, deadlines, mentoring.
* Manage repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
* Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
* Prepare/manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
* Perform inspections and QA per local, state, and federal regulations.
* Recommend and implement efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
* Create environmental, health, and safety procedures.
* Develop vendor relationships; oversee invoicing and approve purchase orders.
* Apply broad business and discipline knowledge; integrate with other teams.
* Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
* Improve methods, processes, and standards.
