Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly regarded national law firm, consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, which is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into their Commercial Litigation team. Role: Associate / Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation Location: Birmingham – hybrid Salary: £55,000 to £75,000per annum The Role: As part of this motivated and collaborative practice, you will handle a broad range of high-quality disputes, including: Contract disputes, Professional negligence, Banking and finance litigation, Intellectual property, Defamation, Fraud, Procurement disputes, Partnership and shareholder disputes. You will run your own caseload, as well as work alongside Partners and Associates on larger, more complex matters. Beyond fee-earning, you will be encouraged to get involved in business development, raising both your own profile and the firm’s in the Birmingham market.Key Requirements: Ideally 4–8 years PQE in commercial litigation (though strong candidates outside this range will be considered). Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with strong technical expertise.
