We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to bring creativity, energy, and a positive attitude to our kitchen. You’ll work closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and deliver delicious dishes to the highest standards, whether in our restaurant, events, or afternoon tea service. A day in your world Support the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard. Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times. Contribute ideas for new dishes and menus. Work effectively across all kitchen sections, supporting pastry when required. Help train and motivate junior team members.
