About the Role
As our HR Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our HR systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and reported effectively. You’ll play a vital part in supporting time and attendance tracking, ensuring workforce data is reliable for compliance, and strategic decision-making.
đź› Key Responsibilities
* Data Collation: Gather and consolidate HR data from multiple sources into centralised systems for reporting and analysis.
* Data Cleaning: Ensure data integrity by identifying, correcting, and preventing errors or inconsistencies in employee records.
* Time & Attendance Reporting: Manage and maintain time-tracking systems, generate regular reports, and provide insights to HR and payroll teams.
* Maintain user access and permissions within HR platforms, ensuring appropriate data security.
* Support system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
* Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure smooth operation of all systems and accurate data flow.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working with A-1 platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, or similar).
* Strong Excel/data management skills; experience in data cleansing and reporting.
* Familiarity with time & attendance systems (e.g. Kronos, ADP Time, etc.).
* High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide support to users.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
