With a world of wonder on your doorstep, you’ll play a key role in bringing our food philosophy to life - celebrating the very best seasonal, locally sourced produce, including award‑winning meats and cheeses from our own Goodwood Home Farm.
Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, contribute fresh ideas, and take pride in delivering beautifully crafted dishes that put our guests at the centre of everything we do. Your creativity, care and attention to detail will help elevate every dining experience.
What you’ll bring

* Prior experience in a Sous Chef role, or readiness to step up
* Confidence building strong, collaborative relationships
* A passion for high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences
* A keen eye for detail and consistency
