Overview
Your role will provide efficient and compliant site finance support to the on‑site Sodexo management team, ensuring all financial processes, payroll activities, credit control and trading operations are conducted in line with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate proactively with operational teams to support site operations.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service.
- Support payroll activities, credit control and trading operations.
Qualifications
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience in a fast‑paced finance or administrative environment, preferably FM.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal innovation and passion.
- Proven experience in Senior Finance Administration.
- Proficient in Financial Systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused, proactive approach.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
