3. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
4. Monitor and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and value for money.
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements.
6. Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs.
8. Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
9. Provide guidance and training to team members on procurement best practices.
10. Prepare reports on procurement performance for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Lead should have:
11. Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the not-for-profit or public sector.
12. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
13. Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
14. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate procurement data and identify opportunities.
15. Experience collaborating with internal teams to meet organisational needs.
16. Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
