Salary: £25k + commission (OTE £35k - £45k)
Overview
Albion Rye Associates are a specialist life sciences recruitment business, covering Biotech, Pharma, Contract, Executive Search, and Contingent recruitment across the UK, US, and Europe. The team has a strong culture of collaboration, growth, and positivity, having refined their culture to keep only hardworking, respectful, and supportive consultants.
Role: 180 Consultant
* Focus: Resourcing / delivery only (no BD to begin with).
* Pathway: Opportunity to grow into 360 if desired.
* Salary: £25,000 base + 5% commission per placement.
* Average placement fee: £17,000 (Expect commission like £850 when you place someone!)
* Everyday: Sourcing candidates, cold calling, emailing, speaking with a multitude of Life Science professionals.
Training & Development
* 1-2-1 support with senior consultants.
* On-the-job learning with structured basics training.
* Meeting room sessions for delivery-focused development.

* Background:
* Physiology, Law, Science, Sport Science – but open-minded.
* Mindset: Competitive, sporty, good memory, driven.

* Personality: Resilient, curious (asks questions), collaborative.
* Bonus: Driving licence (easier + cheaper to get to office).
