About This Role
We are looking for a luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The role requires a customer‑centric approach, product expertise and a passion for luxury jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients warmly and establish genuine relationships by listening to their needs and preferences.
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of our jewellery collection, including materials, design details and craftsmanship.
* Proactively meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer‑centric approach.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving concerns and creating a memorable luxury shopping experience.
* Represent the brand with polished appearance and passion for luxury jewellery.
* Collaborate with colleagues and other departments on visual merchandising and customer experience initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery, with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
* Experience servicing high‑end clientele.
* Confident telephone manner and proactive team player attitude.
* Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
* Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing role requirements.
* Keen interest in new software and fast learning of systems.
* Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Passion for luxury products and sense of style.
* Strong attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism.
* Proactive, results‑driven attitude and desire to exceed customer expectations.
