We’re looking for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a primary setting. You’ll be the calm voice, the steady presence, and the one who helps those lightbulb moments shine through.

What the role involves:
* Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Using visuals, routines, and strategies that really work
* Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
* Helping children feel seen, supported, and safe

You’ll be great if you:
* Hold a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Have experience in SEND settings—or a passion to develop in this area
* Stay cool in the chaos and bring patience in spades
* Are ready to learn (Thrive training, anyone?)
