We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with excellent typing standards, organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely within the administrative and clinical team and must be able to deal with the public and professionals, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Using the digital dictation system
* Managing external referrals and Everlight reporting
* Liaising with patients, general practitioners and referring hospitals

Successful candidates will be appointed to the first pay step within the band when they start with the Trust, progressing up the pay steps in accordance with NHS Agenda for Change (AfC) terms and conditions. For part‑time roles, you will receive a pro‑rated salary based on the appropriate pay step/point and hours worked in accordance with AfC and all medical and dental terms and conditions.
All nursing, clinical, and operational roles may involve working on a 24/7 shift basis unless otherwise specified during the recruitment process.
