The team:
You will join a team of product and design professionals dedicated to delivering value through a secure, global payments platform with excellent user experiences.
The Role:
As a Product Owner, you will ensure effective fraud detection and prevention capabilities, working with cross-functional teams to implement screening, identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain customer trust.
Responsibilities include:
* Defining and communicating vision and strategy for defend & protect capabilities.
* Developing and maintaining a product roadmap.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements.
* Partnering with technical teams to deliver features.
* Ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Leveraging data for decision-making and reporting.
* Monitoring industry trends and compliance.
* Engaging with partners and subject matter experts.
Minimum requirements:
3-5 years as a Product Owner or Manager in fintech, experience with external partners, strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of Agile methodologies, payment solutions, and data management. Bachelor's degree in related fields.
