The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Maidstone. This is a full-time, ongoing position, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive and engaging early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the developmental needs of children.

Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.

Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to individual learning plans.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification (desirable).
*
Previous experience in an early years or childcare setting.
*
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A caring, patient, and flexible approach to working with children and families.
