We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential home in Herne Bay, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a caring nature and resilience to help shape brighter futures for vulnerable children.
The Role:
* Provide consistent day-to-day care and support to children and young people with EBD.
* Promote independence, life skills, and positive routines.
* Work as part of a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care.
* Support with education, activities, and personal development.
* Take part in rota shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
