Business Development Executive – Tech Consultancy (Hybrid)
Location: Christchurch, Dorset (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £37,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience to join a thriving tech business with a fantastic reputation. You’ll focus on generating new business opportunities and setting up meetings for our sales consultants, working closely with marketing and technical teams.

You’ll be proactive, confident on the phone, and enjoy building relationships that lead to long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing

* Identifying and contacting new business leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn and online tools

* Qualifying inbound enquiries and scheduling calls for Account Managers

* Supporting marketing campaigns with follow-up and lead tracking

* Updating and managing records in the CRM

* Attending industry events, webinars, and networking sessions

* Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

* B2B business development experience (ideally 2–5 years)

* Experience working in tech, SaaS, software or consultancy (desirable)

* A proactive, goal-driven mindset with strong communication skills

* Confidence using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms

* Someone who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities
