Easipetcare Derby, part of IVC, is seeking a dynamic Clinical Director to clinically lead our practice. As the Clinical Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our practice forward while providing top-tier care to our clients and their beloved pets. You'll oversee the daily operations of the Derby practice, ensuring the delivery of exceptional veterinary services while upholding our commitment to quality first-opinion care. You'll work closely with the management team in continuing to grow and develop the practice, team and services.

About You And Your Responsibilities

Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an ambitious vet ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will be required to Clinically lead the Derby practice with enthusiasm and dedication whilst providing a high standard of veterinary care, with a focus on consultations and surgery. You will work closely with our existing vet and great team of nurses and receptionists to maintain protocols and excellence in patient care.

We're looking for a motivated and driven Veterinary Surgeon who shares our passion for delivering outstanding veterinary care. The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and possess a strong background in small animal medicine and surgery. As a sister practice to Pride Scarsdale, we encourage your professional and personal growth and are well supported day-to-day, enabling the opportunity for development.

Our flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enrich your work life balance. We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it easy for you to achieve the right balance. Whether you need to do the school pick-up, need reduced hours during school holidays or would simply like a more flexible rota pattern we can flex our patterns to work with you; we are open to discussion.

About Us

You will become a part of a friendly and supportive team of 4 receptionists, 5 nurses and 1 veterinary surgeon, who are keen to provide great patient and client care. Here's what some of the team have to say about working at Easipetcare Derby.

"I have recently joined the Easipetcare team working as a vet. I love working with the wonderful receptionists, and the helpful and experienced nurses. The practice has great equipment for diagnostics and patient care which makes it a great place to work." Moyahabo MRCVS, Vet

"I started at Easipetcare as work experience in July 2022 and joined the team in September of that year. I have been put through my nurse training and am hoping to qualify next year. Easipetcare has provided me great opportunities to advance my career and the staff are experienced, knowledgeable, kind and funny people that I love working with." Harry, SVN
