CRM Manager - Leading Marketing Agency

We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic CRM Manager (With Marketing agency experience, specifically) to join a dynamic marketing agency.
In this hybrid London-based role, you'll take the lead on all CRM initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position demands both strategic vision and hands-on implementation, guiding a small team to deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention while fostering strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement comprehensive CRM, lifecycle, and loyalty strategies.
* Serve as the key CRM contact for clients, leading projects and building strong relationships.
* Analyze customer data to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities for campaigns.
* Design and execute automated customer journeys across various digital channels.
* Oversee campaign production and quality assurance, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years in CRM or email marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a strategic/managerial capacity (Must have Marketing agency experience)
* Strong proficiency with leading CRM platforms (e.g., Acteol, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Dotdigital).
* Demonstrated ability to build effective CRM strategies and deliver measurable impact.
* Solid understanding of customer journeys, automation, and lifecycle marketing principles.
* Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
