Job details
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Pay: From £26,997.00 per year
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Ability to commute/relocate: Hungerford RG17 7TJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Key responsibilities
* Managing individual customer accounts and ensuring operational excellence
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
* Coordinating with warehouse teams and CRMs.
* Managing invoicing and ensuring accuracy.
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
* Building strong customer relationships via meetings and phone calls
About you
* 1+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Windows Office and logistics management systems
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Ability to work weekends on a very limited basis
* A person who thrives within a team environment, and who shares our company values
