You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. Experience in writing standards, work instructions, and creating process flows would make you a strong fit for this role. This position offers a dynamic 50/50 split between working inside and outside a cleanroom environment, giving you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise across a range of manufacturing settings. In this role, youll support manufacturing operations with engineering knowledge and leadership, driving improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Youll develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implement lean manufacturing practices, and collaborate closely with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure smooth product launches. Using Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools, youll play a key role in optimizing production processes and delivering measurable results. Were looking for someone with three to five years of experience in manufacturing engineering, a strong understanding of lean principles and Six Sigma, and proven ability to analyze manufacturing data to improve performance. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
