About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Running and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
* Recognizing and celebrating team performance
What we’re looking for:
* Passion for supporting and developing others
* Ability to run shifts and coach on the go
* Understanding of labour management and financials
