MAJOR WORKS AND STRATEGIC COORDINATORTrinity Estates £Competitive, aligned to experience Nationwide / HybridROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Major Works and Strategic Coordinator to play a central role in the delivery of major works and asset-related projects across Trinity Property Group.You will sit at the heart of our Strategic and Major Works department, keeping projects on track, information flowing and stakeholders informed. From preparing statutory notices to liaising with surveyors, contractors and residents, you will be the connective tissue that holds complex programmes of work together.This is a role for someone who is highly organised, takes real ownership of their work, and is energised by the challenge of coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis is a coordination and communication role at its core.
