Assist and mentor less experienced technicians, supporting team skill development

Uphold manufacturer and company standards for service and repair qualityRequirements of a Master Technician:
Possession of a recognised Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience with complex diagnostics and vehicle servicing across various makes and models
Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to work effectively within a team, prioritising safety and process adherence
