Client Services Coordinator

Bradford

Hybrid

Salary: up to £32,000

About the Role

We're working with a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation that delivers critical digital services to leading global clients. As part of continued growth, they're looking to hire a Client Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, time-critical services across a range of customers and partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and enjoys coordinating across clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly from managing day-to-day operations to resolving issues in real-time and driving continuous improvement.

Client & Service Delivery

1. Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
2. Attend client review meetings and help track actions, improvements, and outcomes
3. Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting service rollouts

Operations & Coordination

4. Coordinate operational activities in a time-sensitive environment, ensuring smooth delivery of services
5. Act as a key point of contact during critical delivery periods, managing issues calmly and effectively
6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure everything is aligned and delivered on time

Supplier & Partner Management

7. Build strong working relationships with third-party partners and suppliers
8. Monitor performance and support regular service reviews
9. Investigate and resolve service-related issues, ensuring clear communication throughout

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

10. Track performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes
11. Produce clear, accurate reports (Excel-based) on performance and delivery metrics
12. Support ongoing process improvements and operational enhancements

What We're Looking For

13. Experience in an operations, service delivery, or coordination role
14. Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
15. Confidence working with multiple stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams)
16. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage time-critical activities
17. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
18. Good technical skills (Excel, Microsoft Office - exposure to tools like SharePoint is a plus)
