Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator for our client based in Reading. Role: Order Administrator Location: Reading - Office Based Salary: up to £26,000 per annum Responsibilities: Accurately enter and process sales orders using the ERP system. Ensure all documentation is received, stored, and retained according to company policies. Communicate with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination. Identify areas for process enhancement and implement effective solutions. Support the help desk with queries related to equipment. Participate in initiatives to promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Conduct reporting and analysis to drive data-driven decision-making.The Ideal Candidate: IT literate with a strong willingness to learn. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or call centre role. Proficient in using ERP systems. Strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of order processing, inventory, and invoicing. Experience with exportation to international customers.
