Victim Care Specialist – Fraud & Finance
* Full-time

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.
We achieve this in two ways. First, we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. With the heart of a charity and the mindset of a business, we are uniquely placed to deliver on this challenging agenda.
Catch22’s Greater Manchester Victim Services is looking for a dedicated Victim Care Specialist – Fraud & Finance to deliver enhanced, person-centred support to victims of fraud and economic crime.
In this role, you will provide direct support to victims—helping them navigate the criminal justice system, understand their rights, and recover from the emotional and financial impact of fraud. You'll manage your own caseload, design innovative preventative sessions, and work closely with key partners like Action Fraud and GMP. You’ll also co-develop accessible, engaging resources for diverse groups and help upskill colleagues in fraud-specific support.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape victim services in Catch22's growing Victim Service.
