Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing clients, maintaining and growing relationships
* Handle new business enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims
* Provide expert advice and bespoke insurance solutions across various products
* Achieve retention and growth targets through proactive client engagement
* Work closely with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
* Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar broking or account handler role (essential)
* Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines insurance
* Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Cert CII qualification (preferred but not essential support provided if you’re working towards it)
