Cherish UK are recruiting for Service Manager for one of Supported Living homes
As a Supported Living Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our supported living services, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting dignity and independence for all clients.
This is an office based position, working hours Monday-Friday. You will ensure the day to day running of the service and that clients needs are met.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of supported living services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Lead and support the staff team
* Collaborate with local authorities, health professionals and family members to coordinate client care.
* Completion of rotas, supervisions and appraisals.
* Internal auditing
* Attending and leading monthly team meetings
Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience of managing in a care setting is mandatory as well as being a minimum level 3 qualified.
