Aspire are working with a brand-new special school in Walsall for autistic/SEMH pupils.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the Trust who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher. Aspire welcome applications from teachers with a range of experience in working with autistic pupils with additional learning needs.
The position will allow the successful candidate to be part of a small team and grow with the school as it reaches its full capacity by September 2025.

* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students.
* Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
* Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
