We are hiring for our client, a local and well known FMCG company based outside Banbridge, who are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics/Customer Coordinator to join their operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills to play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and Ireland. Top 3 Things to Know About this Job: Varied role coordinating transport, stock, and customer orders Collaborative working environment with opportunities for career development Salary £28-£31k based on experience The Role Coordinate daily schedules, ensuring orders are dispatched and delivered on time Liaise with suppliers, companies, and customers to arrange deliveries and collections Process sales orders, delivery documentation, and invoices through internal systems Handle logistics queries and resolve delivery or stock discrepancies Support warehouse operations by tracking shipments and providing dispatch information Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfilment The Person - What We're Looking For Previous experience in a logistics, transport, or supply chain/customer coordination role Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities IT literate - proficient in the MS Office Suite and CRM systems Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach Experience within an FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing environment is highly desirable The Reward - What's in it for You?
