In this role, you will provide support for individuals in the community to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care and support (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Provide support for fluids and nutrition this can involve preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking
* Assisting with mobility, transfers and hoisting
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Support with household tasks and shopping
* Medication administration
* Supporting individuals to stay connected to their community
* Following detailed care plans and maintaining accurate records
* Promoting independence and well-being in every visit
What we're looking for:
* A kind, professional attitude and commitment to quality of care
* Good communication verbal and written
* Time management skills
* Reliable and strong work ethic
* Previous care experience is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
