Behaviour Mentor – 1:1 Support (Full-Time) | ASAP Start Location: West Drayton, West London Hours: 08:45 – 15:15 Pay: £500–£520 per week (dependent on experience and/or qualifications) — paid weekly via PAYE Start Date: April 2026 / ASAP The Role A specialist setting in West Drayton is looking to appoint a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Key Stage 4 pupil. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in building strong, meaningful relationships and experienced in supporting young people who may present with challenging behaviour. You will play a vital role in helping the pupil remain engaged in learning, develop positive coping strategies, and feel supported both emotionally and academically throughout the school day.
