You’llwork closely with theFounders, AccountDirectorand our Producer across a range of projects spanning live activations, experiences,partnershipsand creative campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety+thrives in fast-paced environments.You’lllead the day-to-day running of projects and client relationships, while working closely with production to ensure ideas are delivered to a high standard.
We’relooking for someone who takes ownership, brings energy, builds strong clientrelationshipsand keeps projects moving forward.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’llsupport the Account Directorwiththe day-to-day management of projects and accounts-acting as the key link between clients,creativeand production.
Account & Project Management
* Support the Account Director and founders on the delivery of campaigns,activationsand experiences
* Own day-to-day client communication, building strong and trusted relationships
* Lead timelines, status updates,meetingsand project documentation
* Work closely with creative,productionand finance teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
* Manage multiple projects at once-ensuring clarity across all stakeholders
* Create clear, confident presentation decks for internal teams and external partners
Delivery & Collaboration
* Work closely with the Producer to support the delivery of projects from planning through to execution
* Ensure timelines, deliverables and expectations are clear and aligned across teamsboth internally and externally
* Attend events,walkthroughsand activations to support on-the-ground execution
* Help ensure the final output meets both client expectations and creative intent
Commercial & Growth
* Support budget tracking,scopesand overalllivedelivery against commercial goals
* Help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed parameters
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client relationships
* Contribute to proposals,pitchesand new business opportunities where relevant
* Help refine how we work as a studio-improving systems,processesand delivery
* Maintain a high standard across communication,organisationand output
* Bring energy,curiosityand a solutions-first mindset to the team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* 2-4 years’ experience in a creative comms orexperiential agency environment
* Experience working across campaigns,experiencesor activations
* Strong account management instincts and confidence working with clients
* Excellentproject managementskills and great attention to detail
* Confidence collaborating with production and creative teams
* The ability to juggle multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
* Solid written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how projects are delivered
