Job Description Financial Operations Supervisor for our Telematics division, primary focus on our UK businesses and customers. Key role responsibilities will be the following: Support the Financial Operations Manager with running the billing and direct debit processes, by managing the Assistants responsible for these areas Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices, supporting the team to ensure high standards are maintained at all times Support with the production and approval of margin sign offs for all processes within remit Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer direct debits Develop and implement strong controls and procedures within the Financial Operations area, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business Review and improve the existing processes ensuring that all business risks are managed effectively Provide timely, insightful reporting and management information Completion of ad-hoc projects as required to improve controls and generate business value Qualifications Required A highly driven and energetic individual who is passionate about making an impact upon the business Commercial acumen Excellent attention to detail Experience of working within a fast growing business environment Thrives on adapting to a broad array of complex challenges and a high level of accountability Strong written and verbal communication skills Good Excel skills; look ups, pivot tables etc. Preferred/Optional Experience of managing / supervising a finance team Technical accounting skills Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance people to gather relevant information Previous success of enhancing business performance by providing business partnering support Experience of Sage, Oracle Financials or similar accounting systems Additional Information Benefits A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
