Key Responsibilities

Lead residential shifts and supervise staff.
*
Safeguard and support children with complex needs.
*
Promote self-esteem, life skills, and independence in children.
*
Ensure placement plans, education, policies, and risk assessments are followed.

Deliver high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
Essential Requirements
*
Aged 22+ (Ofsted regulation).
*
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce.
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare.
*
Valid manual driving license.
