We are currently seeking an Insight Advisor to join our team. As an Insight Advisor, you will play a key role in driving strategic and operational success across the Together Housing Group. You will work closely with service leads to tackle complex business challenges through data, delivering impactful analysis and actionable insights. Your recommendations will inform strategic decision-making and foster continuous business improvement. In this role, you will also contribute to developing advanced insight tools and help embed a data-driven culture across the organisation.

Requirements
Outline of key responsibilities for the Insight Advisor…
* Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
* Support the Business Improvement team with complex analysis.
* Identify trends and deliver insights to enhance operational efficiency.
* Communicate findings clearly through visualizations and presentations.
* Recommend and monitor process improvements based on data analysis.
* Automate reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with IT and wider data team to improve data governance, quality and reporting capabilities.
* Extract, cleanse, and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Proactively work within the wider data team to create efficiencies in data retrieval and ensure robust data integrity and documentation of reports.
* Support the drive to be a data-driven business and culture, supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
We are looking for someone who has...
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
* Knowledge and experience of data transformation and analysis demonstrating the ability to analyse complex datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
* Experience with statistical techniques, including trend analysis, segmentation and regression analysis.
* A track record in delivering actionable insights, with demonstrable experience in turning raw data into insights that influence business decisions and improve service delivery.
* A good understanding of data structures and databases.
* Business analysis skills to interview business users and to interpret and document feedback
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effectively conveying complex information to stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
