Reporting to the HR Business Partner and joining a fantastic team, The HR Advisor will advise, coach and support a number of key stakeholders and management teams, providing a seamless HR service, building strong relationships across the group! This is a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same, we seek a strong HR Advisor from a manufacturing or blue collar background, who can hit the ground running and from lasting relationships within the group.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Advise and coach managers on effective management of ER cases.
Manage attraction, recruitment and onboarding activity. Coach and support managers to attract and recruit the best talent.
Support with managing performance within teams.
Review and analyse KPI's, highlighting trends to the HRBP and management team.
Ensure all Payroll information is submitted accurately and timely.
Support the HR Business Partner in wider HR projects
We are looking for:
Solid experience gained working as a generalist, within manufacturing environment or similar.
Experience supporting management with ER cases
CIPD qualified or working towards.
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Good UK employment law knowledge.
