We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing and highly ambitious independent broking group, who are now keen to add a new Commercial Account Executive to their team. They specialize in agricultural and general commercial insurance, but this role will focus on the general commercial side of the business.
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for handling various types of commercial insurance, including Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Liability, and Motor Fleet. You will manage a book of existing clients and be responsible for their accounts on a day-to-day basis, supporting the Director. The office currently has a small team of 3, but plans to grow quickly, making this an exciting time to join.
To be considered, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance within a broking role. Those working towards their CII qualification are at a distinct advantage, though it is not essential. Experience with Acturis is also preferred. You should have a professional, driven attitude, and be able to establish strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business. A self-motivated individual comfortable working independently, who can work alongside a down-to-earth and approachable Director, will thrive in this role. The company offers flexibility and autonomy.
The salary range is £35,000-£40,000 plus bonuses.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on your preference.
