What You'll Be Doing
- Skill Building: Carrying out routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and light mechanical repairs to spotless standards across both cars and vans.
- MOT Support: Executing meticulous safety inspections and vehicle prepping for MOT tests.
- Specialist Learning: Working hand-in-hand with senior diagnostic mentors and utilizing modern diagnostic equipment to master VAG-specific software and commercial vehicle platforms.
- Quality Control: Road-testing customer vehicles to ensure all work meets our flawless safety and manufacturer standards.
Are You The One? (Requirements)
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or Workshop Improver. (Experience with vans is a bonus, but not essential—we will train you!).
- Skills: Confident with the absolute mechanical basics, including servicing, brakes, fluid changes, and suspension work.
- Mindset: A reliable, detail-focused individual with a massive hunger to learn and progress into a fully accredited Senior Technician role.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
