Clarity is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pharmacist to join a family-run, community-centered pharmacy in Livingston, Scotland. This is a permanent, full-time role in a growing pharmacy supported by a team of pharmacists and technicians. The role offers a stable work-life balance with no late nights, although some Saturday shifts (reduced hours) may be required. Responsibilities: Dispense medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and evaluating suitability for patients. Offer medication guidance, including information on dosage, side effects, and potential interactions. Counsel patients in the management of chronic conditions. Conduct medication reviews to support patient adherence to prescribed treatments. Manage medication orders and maintain stock levels effectively.
