The Facilities Manager, will be responsible for:
* Overseeing FM project and operational management across the site
* Managing both internal teams and subcontractors
* Monitoring, controlling, and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved
* Leading audit processes
* Engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships
To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have:
* Proven experience in facilities management
* Strong people management skills, with a track record of managing subcontractors
* A valid OSH certificate and demonstrable knowledge of CDM regulations
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
* City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical, electrical, building services, or air conditioning/refrigeration
