Job Summary
This job will oversee a team of talented analysts and investigators conducting special investigations. You will identify and respond to new crime trends to stay ahead of emerging threats, guiding the development of new tools and techniques for investigations. Your responsibilities include engaging with other teams to explore and identify applications of new tools, overseeing the development of automated solutions for investigative tasks, and communicating complex problem statements and solutions to senior leaders.
Essential Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of analysts and investigators in conducting special investigations

* Oversee the development of automated solutions for investigative tasks

* Communicate findings and advocate for effective remediation strategies
* Foster growth of investigators and identify impactful projects
* Drive and seek out learning and training opportunities for the team
* Maintain sight of the bigger picture while effectively managing resources
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
