HR Generalist Join a dynamic team as an HR Generalist and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations. We're partnering with a forward-thinking, global organisation to appoint an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a first-class employee experience. Overview The HR Generalist is a varied, hands-on position supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Acting as a key link between employees, managers, and the wider HR function, the HR Generalist will provide practical HR support, guidance on policies and procedures, and help ensure a consistent and positive employee experience. Working closely with leadership and site teams, you'll contribute to effective HR delivery and a strong, people-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities. * Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and associated documentation in line with company policies. * Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring employee data is accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant legislation. * Provide first-line support on HR queries, offering clear guidance on policies, procedures, and best practice. * Assist managers in handling employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary processes, and performance concerns. * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining or leaving the organisation. * Support performance review cycles, probation tracking, and employee development initiatives. * Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits, liaising with payroll and external providers as required. * Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programmes, and internal communications. * Monitor HR metrics and support reporting requirements to track trends and inform decision-making. * Ensure HR policies and procedures remain up to date and compliant with current employment legislation. * Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and employee experience. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar role within a dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation. Comfortable advising managers and handling employee queries with professionalism and discretion. Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
