Your Contribution & Responsibilities
As a Senior Vehicle Technician, you will be key to quality control, carrying out complex work and supporting your team in Nottingham.
* Conduct complex vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to the highest manufacturer and MOT standards.
* Perform electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and procure necessary parts, ensuring all work is tested for safety and quality.
* Mentor and support apprentices and junior Technician staff, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills.
* Ensure all records are accurately maintained, and comply with strict Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
* Actively participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
What You Need to Succeed
You will be stepping into this Senior Vehicle Technician role with:
* Essential Qualification: Level 3 IMI qualified Vehicle Mechanic (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
* Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
* Technical: EV qualification is highly desired (or a strong willingness to obtain it).
