Job Statement Position supports sales application specialists, distributors, and end users with MWS quotations, including equipment sizing, application, presentations, proposals, within the EMEA/CEE/South & Central America, NAM, APAC countries, or any other countries where we may need support. It also provides knowledge of aggregate production process, which includes equipment application, material specifications and materials handling. It shall continually search for new ways to solve application problems and develop ways to improve internal and external customer relationships and grow the MWS business in the area. Job Duties and responsibilities Provide support to Sales, Distributors, and Customers for MWS process definition. Participate in preparing budgetary and firm price proposals for Sales, Distributors, and Customers. Prepare the value propositions. Prepare and implement project specific presentation for Sales, Distributors, and Customers. Participate in active market surveillance to: Determine and identify aggregate producers with long-term capability and capacity to expand either through plant upgrades or by investment in larger complete plant solutions. Propose plant upgrades with cost effective solutions to enhance Customer ROCE and profitability. Create & support the preparation of cost estimation Assist in plant and equipment quotations to local market pricing and supply Ensure that project quotations meet the criteria set out by Business Line for Bid No bid, Management approval, minimum margin levels, risk limits and standard design elements Negotiate contracts together with Sales, Distributors and Customers Promote and market the MWS products to Sales, Distributors, and Customers and provide necessary trainings if needed. Develop analysis on competitors in the nominated markets Analyze application information relating to the aggregate markets. Help DMO and Distributors evaluate operating costs for various applications. Qualifications and experience Bachelors degree required (or equivalent related experience). Familiarity with aggregate equipment is highly preferred. Ability to interpret/read layouts concepts for aggregate production requirements. Position requires the ability to communicate the technical and commercial requirements of the equipment discipline to both the outside Customers and the inside personnel who execute the proposal support. Knowledge and understanding of the application of products. The ability to prepare professional presentations and present to groups. Familiarity with PC business and engineering software, specifically MS Office, and AutoCAD to prepare and present technical proposals, develop test procedures, flow sheets, quotations, and budgetary quotations. Bruno and Autodesk AutoCAD experience is a plus. The ability to discuss with partners and suppliers to prepare scope of works for outsourced products and working with supply chain. Excellent oral/written communication skills, organizational, problem solving and trouble shooting skills required. The incumbent must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be highly motivated, self-starting individual with the ability to plan, organize and work independently.
