Immediate start: Experienced Legal Secretary required for a 6-month FTC with a leading professional services firm in Bristol.
This is a busy, hands-on role supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and organisational support. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Duties
Diary and inbox management for fee earners Coordinating meetings, video calls, and travel arrangements Handling client calls and correspondence professionally Formatting, amending, and proof-reading legal documents Managing document workflows and liaising with internal teams Preparing presentations, reports, and general correspondence Processing expenses and maintaining accurate client records
Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (essential) Background within a corporate or professional services environment Strong IT skills
